Are we hypocrites In the TRAVON MARTIN CASE.??

Trayvon Martin we found your name to be in the homes && hearts of families across America the 16 year old black male teenager from Florida with the hoodie ,an Arizona && a pack of skittles. The verdict we heard broke our hearts. Moms held there sons closer then ever, we just couldn't understand where's your justice. Did America fail you and let your death be in vain. Or are we as a people being hypocrites.??

When it comes to this case you truly have to ask yourself that question. Us a black people in America we kill each other everyday as soon as a white person kills a black person, the entire world is out rioting.? I don't really know guys we all know o.j Simpson killed his wife, but were we as a people rioting , not one black person even made a noise when he got off . Why .? Was it right no and we all know that. Another Florida case with Casey Anthony murdered her children and got off , did we stand up as a people and say that was wrong , did we question the justice system . Did we even care . Or do we care only at our convenience .??  As much as we would like them to the scales of justice do not always weigh even .

As a people I don't believe we should be questioning I believe we should be questioning man - kind. A jury of his peers set him free. The martins so far only commented they would like the public to respect the Florida's coury verdict. They would like protest to be carried out on dignity and discipline."LET NO ACT DISCREDIT THE LEGACY OF TRAYVON MARTIN. "

What's next in this case there are basically 2 available options.a civil suit or a civil rights suit though they sound similar they are very different. A civil suit allows one party to seek monetary damages against another for causing physical or emotional harm regardless of the outcome of a criminal trial. A civil rights suit involves criminal charges for violating someone's civil rights which are protected under federal law.

Let not the death of trayvon Martin be in vain, let not the acts of America discredit his legacy, let justice be served ,let us be patient - F.L
